Got a DIY kit, the Pacific crew was very helpful from start to finish. I’m very happy with the final result and also the quality of the material they have. I’ve had past experiences of not getting good quality material but they make sure not to leave any loose ends behind. Definitely recommended!

These guys are great! I went to their shop to ask about a patio cover for my new deck, they happily showed me and discussed all the materials they would use, what the options were, and gave a rough idea of cost on the spot. Within 24hrs of giving the go ahead, they came out for final measurements and quote, less than a week later they arrived to install. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and truly wanted me to be happy with the final product. As a customer, this was a great experience, I would recommend Pacific Aluminum to anyone.
